Lykos Metals Limited ACN 650 011 644 (Company) has lodged a prospectus dated 21 November 2023 (Prospectus) with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) for the offer of up to 30,000,000 options exercisable at $0.30 expiring 18 months from the date of issue (New Options) to all Australian and New Zealand resident holders of the Company’s LYKO class of quoted options (LYKO Options), on the basis of one (1) New Option for every one (1) LYKO Option held at 5:00pm (AWST) on 15 October 2023 being the expiry date of the LYKO Options (Offer). The Company has specified a target market (Target Market) for investors under the Offer, which is set out in the target market determination available at www.lykosmetals.com (TMD). The Prospectus can only be accessed by investors in the TMD.

Acceptance

The Company reserves the right not to accept Application Form from a person if it has reason to believe that when that person was given access to the electronic Application Form, it was not provided together with the electronic Prospectus and any relevant supplementary or replacement prospectus or any of those documents were incomplete or altered.

If an Application Form is not completed correctly, the Company may, in its discretion, still treat the Application Form to be valid. The Company’s decision to treat an acceptance as valid, and how to construe, amend or complete the Application Form, will be final.
