Listing on the Australian Stock Exchange, which occurred on October 21, has brought in 12 million Australian dollars for geological exploration projects of base and precious metals in five municipalities.
Our exploration endeavor is expected to provide a significant boost to the economy of the Republic of Srpska and Bosnia and Herzegovina as a whole. The entire project will be based on the exploration of economically viable reserves of lead, zinc, and copper ores, with the aim of opening environmentally sustainable mines.
The exploration is being conducted in the municipalities of Petrovo, Mrkonjić Grad, partially in the municipalities of Jezero and Šipovo, as well as in the municipality of Čajniče.
The founder and visionary behind “Lykos Metals Limited,” as well as the director of “Lykos Balkan Metals,” is Miloš Bošnjaković. He is also a co-founder and former member of the management of “Adriatic Metals Plc,” a company holding the “Vareš” project in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
According to his words, there is no doubt that the trust of the local community, relevant institutions in the Republic of Srpska, and the company’s shareholders will be justified. The company adheres to the latest standards in the mining industry, particularly in the field of ecology.
“Today is a great day for me and my team. We have assembled a highly skilled team of international experts in the field of geological exploration, secured the necessary funds for exploration, and we are ready to embark on the significant task ahead. Drawing on my previous experience working in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as years spent in the mining industry in Australia, I believe that we will achieve success and bring substantial financial stimulus to the economy of the Republic of Srpska and Bosnia and Herzegovina,” said Bošnjaković.
Listing on the ASX imposes strict business rules and global standards of environmental sustainability that “Lykos” is committed to upholding. These standards prioritize environmental preservation as an absolute priority, crucial for the success of the business.
