Strongly involved in PPP & Concessions, Project Finance, Transportation/Aviation and Renewables supporting commercial banks and IFIs during the financing phase, as well as contractors in the process of construction, installation and operation of energy facilities.

 

Extensive experience in Dispute Resolution and White Collar & Government Investigations matters as a trusted advisor of major corporations and international banks in a variety of complex civil disputes, criminal and authorities’ investigations, bankruptcy, reorganizations and enforcement proceedings.

 

Member of the legal team advising the Serbian Government on the Belgrade Airport Concession; Bank of China on the set up and incorporation of the Serbian subsidiary and various compliance matters; General Electric on the financing of the first large-scale renewable/wind farm project in Western Balkans and various aviation matters; Zijin Mining, one of the biggest gold/copper miners, on the acquisition of a mining business in Serbia.
