About the project
The Doboj project is located on the territory of the City of Doboj, in the central or northern part of the Republic of Srpska and Bosnia and Herzegovina. It borders the municipalities of Teslić, Prnjavor, Derventa, Modriča and Petrovo (Republic of Srpska), and the municipalities of Gračanica, Doboj East, Doboj – South and Usora (Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina).
About the project
The exploration permit holder for exploration at this location is Lykos’ company Lykos Balkan Metals d.o.o. Bijeljina. The approved exploration area covers an area of 49.65 km2.The works will be carried out according to the Project for detailed geological, geochemical and geophysical investigations of lead, zinc, copper, silver, gold and related metal associations.Lykos believes that, based on the previous exploration results, which are more than positive, there is a high probability of discovering economically profitable deposits of lead, zinc, copper, silver, and gold in the area of the Doboj license. However, it is necessary to expand and intensify exploration in order to determine their position and quantity.
