The Ministry of Energy and Mining of the Republic of Srpska, in response to an earlier request from our company, granted a license for performing detailed geological exploration and expert supervision in the field of mineral resources.
According to director Mladen Lujić, the obtained license covers a wide range of activities. In addition to the above, it also includes the preparation and revision of detailed geological exploration projects, the preparation of studies on mineral reserves, the quality control of the execution of exploration works, the application of regulations, standards, and technical norms, the control of whether works are carried out in accordance with the projects, but also the control of implementing measures concerning occupational safety and fire protection. We place a special focus on the fact that the Ministry, by issuing this license, confirmed our commitment to environmental protection as well.
As an integral part of the process of obtaining a license, and to inspect and assess compliance with the conditions prescribed by law, last month we also hosted a delegation of the Ministry at our headquarters in Bijeljina.
This license from the Ministry represents an important step in the process of positioning the company on the market, ensuring not only the enrichment of the business portfolio with new services but also compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, which, according to director Lujić, are extremely important for guaranteeing the quality of the projects that Lykos implements in the Republic of Srpska
